Due to the large amount of snow in February the quarterly water and sewer bills were estimated. These estimates were based on your average use over the last 4 quarters. Any variance will be adjusted with the next quarter's actual meter reading.
A drop box is located to the right of the front door for bill payment after hours.
The East Cocalico Township Authority now offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard and Discover credit cards for water and sewer payments. The processing payment company charges a convenience fee of 2.45% ($1.50 minimum) to cardholders who wish to pay via credit card.
